Project Runway: (Bravo, 10 pm) After Ricky's Auf-worthy orange bikini number of last week, we welcome the opportunity for designers to show off their "arty" sides in tonight's "The Art of Fashion" episode. With only five designers left, competition is (to utter a now-famous phrase) fierce. Speaking of, could Christian's arrogance this evening finally result in an elimination?

The Moment of Truth: (Fox, 9 pm) The polygraph machine never lies, and if you want to get to the $500,000 question, neither can you.

In Treatment: (HBO, 9:30 pm) Sixteen-year-old Sophie returns tonight with yet another injury, this time her neck. As she slowly starts to warm to the idea of extended therapy with Paul, some telling secrets are revealed about her parent's breakup, and even more shocking: the real truth behind her relationship with gymnastics coach Sy.

Law & Order:
(NBC, 10 pm) All signs lead to the police after a peaceful protester is slain. In a case where the force bands together to protect their own kind, McCoy's liberal leanings could cause more problems than he ever anticipated.

Hollywood Residential:
(Starz, 10:30 pm) Watch where the hammer falls as Jamie Kennedy's house gets some unexpected "renovations" after Kennedy teases Tony for dating his ex-wife.
