New Amsterdam: (Fox, 9 PM) You’d think that by your three hundredth birthday, you’d have found true love at least once, right? Not so for New York City Police Detective John Amsterdam. After being stabbed back in the 17th century, a Native American shaman granted him immortality with the understanding that the spell would be broken upon meeting his soul mate.
The Real Housewives of New York City: (Bravo, 11 PM) Don’t be fooled by the title. While these ladies may be wives, you certainly won’t find them at home busying themselves with chores or childcare. No, this high-powered elite group of New Yorkers have hired help for those kinds of things.
