Attention Britney Spears: Jackie Warner, star of Bravo’s hit Work Out, wants to hit you with her best shot. The super-trainer believes she can whip the troubled superstar back into peak form – and make her healthier than ever. “She needs someone who will do more than put her through a routine,” says Warner. “She needs a life coach, and I consider myself to more of a life coach than a trainer. She would love me and hate me. We’d be a great match.”

What would she do with Spears? “First, I’d take a very thorough and sympathetic look at her,” she says. “I’d sit down and talk to her, observe her, try to understand her lifestyle and behavior and thoughts. I’d get into her head – and you know what I’d find? I guarantee there'd be some trauma from childhood. That’s where all the demons starts. It would be very emotional. But we’d get results immediately. It’s exactly what I do with my clients. I break them down in minutes, then build them back up in a healthier way. I’m talking more than workouts. I’d tell Britney that junk food and cigarettes are the devil, but rather than take all that way immediately, I’d infuse her with nutrients. She has a fantastic body. All of us know that. She’s young and can snap back into shape. She’d love what I could do for her. It would change her life.”

And Spears would find a less-than-perfect Warner, who admits to slips just like the rest of us. When the new season of her series premiered two weeks ago, she was in a New York City hotel room devouring M&Ms and other junk food. “For whatever reason, I had a bad mini bar moment,” she says. “I was probably tired from doing so many interviews. But I’m not into deprivation. I live hard and play hard.” That’s something Spears can relate to.
