This performance was lovely. Why do some people always have to be so rude and tacky? Did you even LISTEN to it at all? DJ told him he sounded great and the crowd loved him. Is this kid going to be unfairly associated with his AI image forever? People won't seem to give him any breaks no matter how much he improves or how good he does. That is just so wrong. Maybe it's not the most overpowering vocal in the world but he sings it with heart, feeling and sincerity, all of which come across beautifully here. I've read a lot of good comments even from some who weren't fans before. Would it hurt to keep an open mind, and not be so snarky?

from all the stuff i have read and heard ,its probably BLAKE that leaves all these mean comments all over the internet about sanjaya. i heard he was even doing it during the show. he is so focused on bitterness and jealousy ,that he is loosing his fan base.
sanjaya has a wonderful sound,dreamy!
