Weekend At Bernies - In 1989, Gimme A Break star Jonathan Silverman, Brat Packer Andrew McCarthy and the inimitable Terry Kiser came together to make a beach party movie starring a dead guy. The result was the cult classic Weekend at Bernie's, a slapstick flick about two affable dorks trying to pass off a dead jerk as a hopeless drunk.

Hancock- A riff on Marvel Comics' "Power Man" Luke Cage, if Cage were less of a streetwise Hercules and more of a drunk jerk that Bonnie Tyler would never hold out for. Therefore, Hancock earns an honorary mention as a comic book movie, even if it's not based on an actual comic book.
