In order to make room for the gaggle of new pilots in the Fall '08 season, Fox had to drop some dead weight, according to The Hollywood Reporter. The news came at this week's network upfronts, currently being held in New York. So who didn't make the grade? Kelsey Grammer's unspectacular ratings flop Back To You is out, as well as newcomers Canterbury's Law, and New Amsterdam. On the positive side, among the freshman class are J.J. Abrams' sci-fi drama Fringe, the Jason Bateman-directed comedy The Inn, and Arrested Development creator Mitch Hurwitz's animated comedy Sit Down, Shut Up.
