Tori Spelling added to Hollywood's baby boom. The reality TV star gave birth to daughter Stella Doreen McDermott earler today in Los Angeles. It's the second child for Spelling and husband, Dead McDermott, who also have a 15-month-old boy, Liam. Their new arrival was delivered via C-section at 3:13 p.m. at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, weighing in at 6 pounds, 8 ounces and measuring 19 and 3/4 inches long. “She’s here! She’s a healthy baby girl,” Spelling's rep told OK magazine. “Tori and baby are resting comfortably.” This latest event is perfect promotion for the June 17 premiere of the third season of mom and dad's Oxygen reality series, which was newly named Tori & Dean: Home Sweet Hollywood after the couple gave up the Fallbrook, Calif., bed-and-breakfast that set the stage for Tori & Dean: Inn Love, reports Eonline.com.
